Anton Palyulin was recognized in the "Bankruptcy" category of the Rossiyskaya Gazeta lawyer rating.

As we previously reported, Anton Palyulin and Mamed Aliyev, associates of the Palyulin & Partners law firm, were recognized in the Rossiyskaya Gazeta lawyer rankings. Anton Palyulin won the Pro Bono category, and Mamed Aliyev won the Litigation Support category. Anton Palyulin also won the Bankruptcy category, reporting the following:

Eight years ago, I won the largest case of my life. I still haven't broken that barrier: in one trial, I recovered over $75 million in claims.

At that time, I represented a major Russian developer facing bankruptcy proceedings. One of its largest creditors, a mutual fund, filed a lawsuit demanding that monetary claims be included in the register of creditors' claims due to the failure to transfer 269 apartments with a total living space of 27,898.12 square meters, valued at 3,881,367,609 rubles, or $75,411,754.82 at the US dollar exchange rate of 51.4690.

During the trial, I was able to prove that the apartments were transferred to the final purchasers—individuals—by court orders, as confirmed by 269 final decisions of courts of general jurisdiction. The court sided with my client, and the claim was denied inclusion in the register.
