Congratulations to the owner of Palyulin and Partners, Anton Yuryevich Palyulin, on the publication of his book! Here is what the author writes: “Finally, my book “Party Systems in the Constitutions of the World” has been published. In preparing it, I studied the constitutions of all countries in the world that were in force as of April 2024. This is under 10,000 pages of legal text.
A lot had to be translated from English, French, Spanish and Arabic.
The work is not strictly scientific; it is rather a reference book on the constitutional and legal norms governing the activities of political parties in countries of the world, grouped by macro-regions.
However, legal theorists, constitutional lawyers, election lawyers and political scientists will find much food for thought in the work."
