VIII All-Russian Legal Forum

Today, the VIII All-Russian Legal Forum was held in the concert hall of the Cosmos Hotel. Our chief lawyer Mamed Aliev attended it in person.

“Despite the fact that the civilistic doctrine is not a source of law and is not mandatory, its provisions can be taken into account by the court when considering a specific dispute as the opinion of knowledgeable persons or become the basis for proposals to improve legislation. Often, theoretical knowledge helps me personally solve a difficult practical situation, find the most effective way to protect the interests of the client.

As part of the forum, we listened to the luminaries of the civilistic doctrine. Many current theoretical and practical issues in the field of corporate law, bankruptcy and property rights were considered. Much attention at the forum was paid to improving judicial practice in these areas, the most important decisions of the highest judicial authorities of recent years were analyzed,” Mamed Akhmedovich reports.
