November 28, 2024 – As part of the business program of the Sixth Joint Eurasian Congress "TIM Community. People. Technologies. Strategy," Mamed Aliyev, Head Lawyer at Palyulin & Partners Legal Bureau, proposed a set of recommendations to help individual housing construction (IHC) developers combat the phenomenon of "consumer extremism." Specifically:

Written communication with clients (conducting correspondence exclusively through official email).
Engage legal professionals early. Avoid escalation by involving lawyers at the drafting stage of the construction contract. Our bureau offers comprehensive subscription-based legal services for construction companies at reasonable rates.
Take customer complaints extremely seriously, even if the demands appear absurd at first glance.
Vigorously defend your rights in court at the first-instance level. Lawyers should be involved from the initial trial stage, not just during appellate proceedings.
Utilize digital tools to assess work quality and build an evidence base for proper dispute resolution. For example, digital work acceptance certificates can enhance transparency in the IHC market.
