Expert of the Bureau "Palyulin and Partners" Takes Part in a Meeting of the Moscow City Duma

The chief lawyer of the legal bureau "Palyulin and Partners," Mamed Aliyev, attended a regular meeting of the Moscow City Duma, during which significant legislative initiatives and personnel matters for the capital were considered. Participation in such events allows our specialists to be at the epicenter of the lawmaking process and stay abreast of the latest changes in Moscow's legal landscape.

The deputies approved the work plan for the fourth quarter of 2025, adopting it in the first reading. This document will set the main rhythm of the legislative activity of the capital's parliament until the end of the year. Among the most substantial items on the agenda was the appointment of justices of the peace to 35 judicial precincts in Moscow. This key personnel decision aims to strengthen the judicial system and ensure the accessibility of justice for millions of Muscovites.

Considerable attention was paid to the safety of city residents. In particular, a draft law was considered that tightens fire safety requirements in Moscow. The initiative proposes amendments to the current city law and is aimed at significantly increasing the level of protection for the life and health of the capital's residents. Concurrently, discussions were held on supporting volunteerism – deputies worked on a draft resolution concerning amendments to federal legislation on charity. The goal of this work is to create more comfortable and understandable conditions for the activities of volunteers.

A landmark event of the meeting was the consideration of a Cooperation Agreement with the Parliament of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania. The signing of such documents indicates the active development of constructive interregional dialogue.
